Lookman Returns To Training At Atalanta, Set For Real Betis Friendly

Ademola Lookman of Atalanta is back in full training after a brief absence.

Lookman was unable to play in Atalanta’s friendly against Ligue 1 club OGC last week owing to illness.

After returning to training, the 25-year-old is expected to play for La Dea in Friday’s friendly against Real Betis.

In another friendly next week, Atalanta will face Eredivisie team AZ Alkmaar.

Lookman has made a significant contribution to Gian Piero Gasperini’s team this season.

In 15 league games for Atalanta, the Nigerian international has seven goals and two assists.

He only joined Atalanta from Bundesliga team RB Leipzig in the summer.

Atalanta will face Spezia at the Stadio Alberto Picco when action resume in Serie A on January 4.
