Burna Boy will make history as the first Nigerian performer in a stadium with a 45,000-person capacity in the US.

After his recent announcement regarding the Love Damini tour, Burna Boy is poised to completely rewrite the performance history of Nigerian music, becoming the first and only Nigerian performer to ever take the stage in an American stadium.

Burna Boy officially announced that his “Love Damini” world tour stop in the United States would take place on July 8, 2023, at Citi Field NYC, which can hold 45,000 people.

This would make Burna the first and only Nigerian artist to achieve this feat. Burna has continued to set trends when it comes to holding concerts in different parts of the world.

The multiple award-winning singer, songwriter and performer who stormed and delivered a performance to be remembered at the Dreamville festival 2023 which commenced on the 1st of April till the 2nd of April 2023.
